Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the bpjs99 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services operated at https://bpjs99.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Member to access and use the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional or bonus credits awarded to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bpjs99 to confirm a Member's eligibility.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default operating time zone of bpjs99 for customer service, banking cut-off times, and draw schedules.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited by law and from which the use of the Platform is explicitly restricted.

By completing the account registration process on bpjs99, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party without proper authorization, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. bpjs99 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically. The most recent version of these Terms is always the governing version.

To be eligible to register and use bpjs99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gambling as required by bpjs99's responsible gaming policy for the Indonesia market.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited at the time you place any wager.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of bpjs99 or any of its affiliated game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).
• You must not have been self-excluded from bpjs99 or placed on any third-party exclusion register applicable to the Platform.
• You must not have a current Account on the Platform (i.e., you have not previously registered under a different name, email address, bank account, device fingerprint, or IP address).

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on bpjs99. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts, and the original account associated with the same identity, will be suspended and all balances forfeited.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and two-factor authentication codes).
• All activity carried out on your Account, whether or not authorized by you, until you notify bpjs99 in writing of any unauthorized access.
• Ensuring that your registered contact details (email address, phone number, and linked bank account) remain current and accurate at all times.
• Logging out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.

bpjs99 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication requesting your password or other security credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

All monetary transactions on bpjs99 are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not accept foreign-currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to player balances.

Deposits:

• bpjs99 accepts deposits via direct bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to banking system availability during WIB business hours.
• bpjs99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Member.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the Member's own name — the same name as provided during KYC verification.
• bpjs99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, virtual accounts not linked to a verified identity, or cryptocurrency wallets.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 60 minutes during WIB banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours, or on Indonesian public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
• bpjs99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may be held for additional security review if your Account has not completed full KYC verification, if unusual transaction patterns are detected, or if a withdrawal request is made within 24 hours of a new deposit without any wagering activity.

bpjs99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to verify Member identity, prevent underage gambling, and comply with applicable financial regulations. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter if additional verification is deemed necessary by the Platform.

KYC documentation typically includes:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of residence dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your registered address).
• A clear photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet account used for deposits, showing the account holder's name and account number.
• In certain cases, a selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face for biometric matching.

All submitted documents are reviewed by bpjs99's compliance team within 24 to 48 hours. If the documentation is incomplete or unclear, you will be contacted via email with a request for resubmission. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within seven (7) calendar days of a request will be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

bpjs99 periodically offers promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and free bet tokens. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions as stated in the individual promotion, in addition to the general rules below:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a turnover requirement or rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The multiplier (e.g., 5× turnover, 10× turnover, 20× turnover) and eligible game types are stated in the individual bonus offer.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, wagers placed on odds below the stated minimum threshold (commonly 1.50 or higher) do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Expiry Period: Bonus funds and wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the promotion (commonly 7, 14, or 30 calendar days). Any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While bonus wagering requirements are active, you may not place individual wagers exceeding a stated maximum bet amount (commonly Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000 per bet). Wagers exceeding this threshold will be void, and associated winnings forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one promotional bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses by creating duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Withdrawal During Wagering: Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings. Your original deposit (if any) will remain available for withdrawal subject to the 1× AML wagering requirement.

bpjs99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or confiscate any bonus if we determine that the bonus has been abused, claimed fraudulently, or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the spirit of the promotion. This includes but is not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (commonly called bonus abuse or arbitrage betting).

All wagers placed on bpjs99 are governed by the betting rules applicable to the specific market or game type. General rules applicable to all betting products are set out below:

• Acceptance of Bets: A wager is deemed accepted only when a confirmation message appears on your screen and the wager is recorded in your Account transaction history. Technical issues during bet placement (such as network interruptions or server timeouts) do not constitute acceptance of a bet.
• Wager Settlement: All winning wagers are credited to your Account balance automatically upon official settlement of the event or game round. For sports betting, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body. For togel draws, settlement is based on the official draw result published by the relevant market operator.
• Void Bets: A wager may be declared void and stakes refunded in full if: (a) the sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled; (b) a participant withdraws before the event begins; (c) an obvious technical or pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed; or (d) the result is voided by the governing sports authority due to match-fixing or other irregularities. Casino game rounds are voided only in cases of confirmed technical malfunction as certified by the game provider.
• Maximum Payout: bpjs99 applies a maximum payout limit per bet slip for certain high-odds accumulator wagers (commonly Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000). If your winning wager calculates to a payout exceeding this limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum. The maximum payout applicable to each market is displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Obvious Errors: If bpjs99 identifies an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to mismatched odds, incorrect handicap lines, or inverted team names — we reserve the right to void the affected wagers and refund stakes in full. An "obvious error" is defined as a price or line that no reasonable person would expect to be correct given the market context.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bpjs99 and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, rig betting markets, or defraud the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or other tools to place wagers without direct human input (commonly called bot betting or automated wagering).
• Exploiting technical bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting (betting on all possible outcomes of an event across multiple platforms to guarantee profit regardless of result) where bonuses or promotional credits are involved.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim promotional bonuses repeatedly, to avoid detection following suspension, or to circumvent responsible gaming limits.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, including but not limited to stolen credit cards, fraudulent bank accounts, or third-party e-wallets.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward bpjs99 customer service agents or other Members.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code or proprietary algorithms from the Platform's software.

If bpjs99 suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred, we may freeze your Account pending investigation, request additional documentation, withhold withdrawals, and cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required. Any funds derived from prohibited conduct will be confiscated in full.

bpjs99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion if we determine that these Terms have been breached, if we are required to do so by law or regulatory order, or if we have reason to believe that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other Members.

Temporary Suspension: Your Account may be temporarily suspended for reasons including but not limited to incomplete KYC verification, detection of unusual transaction patterns, suspected prohibited conduct under investigation, or self-exclusion pending confirmation of the exclusion period.

Permanent Closure: Your Account may be permanently closed if you are found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information during registration, operated multiple accounts, or failed to complete KYC verification within the allotted time frame. Upon permanent closure, all balances (including deposits and winnings) may be forfeited unless the closure is at your own request and your Account is in good standing.

Voluntary Closure: You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet within 7 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and the 1× AML wagering requirement. Bonus balances and unfulfilled wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

All content, software, code, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or embedded within the bpjs99 Platform ("Platform IP") are the exclusive property of bpjs99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works based on any Platform IP.
• Scrape, copy, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated tools.
• Use the bpjs99 brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner without express written permission.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate the Platform or any part thereof into another website or service.

Game titles, game mechanics, graphics, and audio content provided by third-party game studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remain the intellectual property of those respective licensors and are used by bpjs99 under valid commercial licensing agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpjs99 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers (collectively, "bpjs99 Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if bpjs99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bpjs99 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
• The results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any games, products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it. In no event shall the aggregate liability of the bpjs99 Parties for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

bpjs99 collects, processes, and stores personal information about Members in order to operate the Platform, verify identities, process transactions, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. The types of personal data we collect include but are not limited to: name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, bank account details, e-wallet account details, IP address, device identifiers, and copies of identity documents submitted during KYC verification.

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key principles of our data handling practices include:

• We encrypt all personal data in transit and at rest using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary closure of your Account as set out in Clause 10 above.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates the most recent revision date. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpjs99 is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and bpjs99, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected] and providing a written description of the issue, your Account details, and your desired resolution. bpjs99 will investigate the matter and respond within 14 calendar days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which bpjs99 is licensed, with the arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, bpjs99 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
